Lempockwells Road from Lamberton Court to Pringles Place in very poor condition, major utilities reinstatements failing, pot holes developing on a regular basis despite additional filling and patching, ride quality very poor and during periods of heavy rain, there are significant amounts of stormwater flowing down the road.

This section of road is adjacent to the new housing development and has been in poor condition for several years. The additional pot hole filling appears to be a temporary solution. The ride quality is poor as a result of reinstatements and the alignment appears to be inconsistent with the new footpath on the west side.
