As it has been previously happening and in usual spot, tones of black bags pile up on pavement. The bags were ripped by the animals and rubbish have been spread all over the road!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING! IT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY REPORTED IN MANY OCCASIONS AND IT STILL HAPPENS! PLEASE ERRECT A BIN SHELTER AND ISSUE WHEELIE BINS TO THE RESIDENTS!!!
