Recycling overflowing again and bin bags are seagull heaven

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 12:05, Sun 29 June 2014

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later

The plastic recycling hasn't been collected from the recycling centre this week and it is overflowing. Also the nearby area for residents to put bin bags of household waste is standing open, and seagulls are enjoying attacking the contents.
