Communal garden overgrown and needs cutting

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4945368.

I walk past this property everyday and know from those.living there that this is a communal garden that has been neglected by the council when it comes to maintenance. These are disabled residents who live in an adapted property due to their disability they are not in a position to be doing gardening in a communal garden their landlords should be doing
