Neighbours have destroyed kerb so it's now fallen into the road.

We live in a very busy neighbourhood with lots of cars and vans. The families on the bend part of the road keep driving their multiple vans up onto the kerb and on the green. Doing this in winter has meant the kerb has fallen away and now makes it difficult to parallel park on the road. Could this be rectified and potentially bollards put in to deter them from parking on the grass and damaging council infrastructure.

They also constantly fly tip on the green but that's another issue altogether.
