Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4943832.

4 cars parked half on pavement and half on double yellow lines outside 77 Ullet road. Blocking view for cars trying to exit Cumberland avenue. Regularly 2 cars here but today 4. Is a real hazard.
