A land registry search has been undertaken and the land in question is currently changing owners so a letter to request the cut back cannot be sent at this time. The neighbourhood officer will continue to monitor the address in question. NO5

The trees have lost their leaves but the thin branches are still growing out over the pavement opposite the roadside information pole so problem still not resolved.

The area Neighbourhood officer is aware of this location and it is still on my monitoring list. However the status on the Land registry website still shows this address as pending so at this current time I am not able to write to a land owner as there isn't one attached to this location whilst it changes hands. I check the land registry site regularly and as soon as an address becomes available I will be writing to the new land owner asking for the overhanging vegetation to be cut back. NO5
