Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4943111.

Car pulled onto pavement, blocking full width of pavement right in front of pedestrians. Then refused to move to allow them to proceed safely. Known trouble spot. Needs permanent remedy to stop antisocial drivers endangering residents and visitors alike.
