• Because of the raised paving stones which you can see the roots underneath. Resident cannot open/close her gate at number 45 Palace Road. The paving stone has had to be removed to help with the gate so the roots are clearly on show.

• Thank you for your comments. Works are raised to have the Ornamental pear pruned which is in hand to be completed by the contractor.

• This tree issue still hasn't been resolved. The roots now are under the front gate and have completely lift some of the paving slabs, could this please be looked at as a matter of urgency.

• My apologies for the delays. The contractor has caught up with the storm clearance and working through all other works. The contractor has been chased up and will undertake the works as a priority.

We anticipate that the contractor will undertake the works in next few weeks.
