Loud loose manhole cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4939213.

There is a very loose manhole cover on the main road of Alexandar road. When vehicles drive over it, there is always a noise. This is very inconvenient for the surrounding neighbours as the noise is unbearable. This needs fixing as soon as possible as been like this for months.
