The preparation work cutting out across the pavement at the entrance to 31 to 48 Embassy Gardens was done many months ago - it has never been completed and the result is a dangerous tripping hazard.

Works have already been raised to address the reported issue. Temporary works have been raised to fill the deteriorated area for the time being.
