So they turned up at 7.05 cut some hedging that was on pavement side, then lobbed it over fence into park, so blocking footpath despite them having an open back van left at 7.15. I have great video footage of the if you want to see it, before I post on YouTube under the heading Cardiff City Council workers getting paid double time on Sunday to do a shoody 10 min job with 3/4 men
