Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4929944.

The band course is supposed to protrude upwards 15/25mm. It now stands out of the ground 100mm. The council has made about 3 attempts at repairing this over resent years. How's about doing a permanent reinstatement, now they've had enough practice at this defect. Please!
