Dog mess not picked up.

Dog mess still not being cleaned up. Some owners have dogs running off the lead and some others have them yards away on extending leads not paying attention to what their pets are doing they even let them cock their legs on the few flowers along here. Most are responsible owners but just a couple don't seem to care about others and public spaces. Still waiting for the council to clamp down on these irresponsible owners.
