Trip Hazard

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4929830.

A concrete bollard was destroyed recently and the stump remains in the pavement. The stump has been covered by a traffic cone but people keep removing it exposing the stump which is a trip hazard. A new bollard is required.
