Open cardboard boxes, black bags, and a whole pile of paper potato bags filled with god knows what

Someone needs to call by Sumerians chippy & have a wee word re not leaving waste a) overnight b) when their shop is shut c) in large paper sacks that turn to mush in the rain ie no proper 3rd party, plastic, waste disposal bags.

Been happening to various degrees forever (and reported). Council saw no issue. Well, there is.
