Safety issue highways issue

Reported via iOS in the Roads/highways category by Bally Singh at 12:55, Sat 26 August 2023

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4929523.

As you can see in picture there is no dropped kerb resident has two cars overhanging and is using public’s pathway totally inappropriate

Disabled access is damaged and obstructed daily

Highway safety issue as residents on both side of junction of marina road and Evington valley road park cars outside house overhanging on footpaths after driving over pedestrians dropped slab pathways.

These pedestrian access ways are for disabled and pedestrian members of public

Residents don’t have dropped kerbs

Cars being driven over every day for personal use is causing damage, obstructing view and is impacting safety of pedestrians. Bollards need to be in place to stop this from reoccurring.

Both houses on corner of marina Road can’t have dropped kerbs as they are on junction, zig zag lines and next to light post and yellow line.

Bollards need to be installed
