Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4927279.

Between 127 and 125 Shuna Street. A large steel waste bin has been discarded. It's lay full for over a fortnight. Bin collection on 25th, the bin area bins were emptied and the workers simply ignored this bin. Is it from 127 bin area? It needs emptied and return to where it came from or removed. It's blocking the pavement.
