Shrubs including barbs over growing pavement

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 4927063.

This pavement is used by a local children's nursey for daily walks as it is considered a safe walk. Children would now have to walk around these shrubs and possibly into the road
