Propped up next to street bin on pavement, Been there an age,

When are GCC going to get a a pro-active grip of this abandoned road junk? It's absolutely everywhere, and a growing blight on the city.

And it doesn't help that council low loaders continually just drive by / leave same unless already reported by the public.
