Blocked by fallen tree

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4925224.

A double trunk tree is blocking the byway. The larger trunk is approx 400mm dia, smaller 200. It's about 200m into the byway. Requires a man to walk down there with a chainsaw and make 4 cuts to remove the sections, which will be easy enough to roll clear of the byway as it is on a slope..
