What is happening to these 2 properties, which have been in this state for many Years, a bit of work gets done occasionally and then back to square one rubbish getting dumped there, a freezer now on the pavement, rats in the weeds etc

    Number 13 has had a repossession order put on it and someone has attached this to the railing which I take it is a van which has been seen fly tipping at the site. BN13 JKF
