Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4923856.

Although things have improved recently (probably in terms of pro-active rather than always reactive uplift), back to square 1 today. Two lots of flytipped goods next to these fly-magnet bins.

So, no-one in senior management considered Flywatch posters at this spot, or are they now passe?
