Next to the hot spot black street bin (as per).

After well over 2 years of recurring flytipping at this spot, endless reports and uplifts, why are there still no warning stickers on this bin and / or a nearby Flywatch poster? Vine St bus exit has always been problematic. So why haven't managers found a solution after all this time?
