Loose utility [COLT] manhole cover on Commercial Street (heading North) by corner of Lamb Street. Makes loud noise at each passing vehicle. Particularly distressing for residents overnight in small hours. Regards, M.

TfL are responsible for Red Routes and do not see noisy man-holes as a priority if they are not actually dangerous.
