Overgrown tree outside 36 and 38 Curthwaite Gardens. Last cut 2018. Small branches have fallen on my car and some branches are overhanging over our property. I don't get any sunlight and the branches are blocking the street light. The size of the trunk has increased and the roots are lifting the slabs of the pavement near the tree.
