Food being thrown on shed roof

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4921393.

Reported before, had leaflet and letter about food attracting rodents and pigeons but no notice taken and still putting food out on a shed roof that blows off and attracts rats.

    Food thrown on shed roof again. Wind has blown some onto the path behind the houses again. No notice taken after leaflets and a letter about rodents given to residents.
