Drain cover rusting, edge broken & likely to fall in causing major hazard. If someone steps on it, the cover dips downwards. It's a 2 metre drop to the pipes underneath. This is not safe. It is between houses 12 and 14 in the alley way between the two houses. It has been like this for months but is getting worse and more dangerous.
