Pavement at entrance to site access way is dangerous to pedestrians due to damage caused by construction plant machinery and spillage of sand. A disabled member of my household fell due to this today and the worker who witnessed it just laughed! Poor housekeeping in the site foreman’s part with no accident book ti record this available
