Newish site on Cala development. The residents tidied it up last year but has become an eyesore and makes the estate look horrible. Also 2 tenants in assisted living grass is terribly long and looks a mess.

This has been an ongoing issue since we bought the houses. I am doing this on behalf of other residents. On buying the houses we were not informed that this soakaway was going to be kept in a mess there are thistles metres high and seeds blowing everywhere. Residents not happy. Please can this be resolved.

  • The Road Agreements team have checked the adoption plan and can confirm the area is private and will not be adopted by OCC, therefore you will need to raise any concerns you have direct with the Developer.
