Constantly car parked on pavement blocking view of cyclists coming up from Chadkirk Lane. Also prams and wheelchairs having to go onto the road to pass

  • Has anything actually been done as cars and vans are STILL parking dangerously. How can I escalate this with before an accident happens due to restricted views.
