The pothole ‘repair’ was not acceptable workmanship

I was notified by WSCC that the pothole had been ‘fixed’ and I was not happy with it and so in response to your survey commented that I was unhappy. I received a phone call from WSCC apologising and informing me their team would look into it. We were then informed that resurfacing would be happening. This has now been finished but did not appear to cover the area with the pothole although the letter suggested that it would. So I am re submitting my pothole repair complaint.
