Dangerously overgrown cyclepath/footpath

Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4911605.
The entire cycle path / footpath along the A280 Angmering bypass is overgrown, dangerously so. When you first get on to the path, Angmering end, it goes straight into a tunnel of trees which are so low they will knock an unwary cyclist off should they be cycling in poor light, plus the width is disappearing too. Further along, most of the path i should say, it is overgrown to the state of being 8 inches wide in places. Yesterday on this path i had to swerve to miss overgrown vegetation and my wheel left the 8 inches of path and went down a hole next to the path ejecting me from my bicycle, luckily neither myself or my new bicycle suffered any noticeable damage, had i been faster or older this may not have been the case. Where the path turns under the A27 the trees again become a hazard and the available space is a third of what it should be and decreasing weekly. The vegetation is at least 6 months old in places. Please fix this DANGEROUS path ASAP!
