Damaged "bus kerb" with missing raised keep left warning sign.

Reported via Android in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 20:31, Sun 20 August 2023

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4910355.

This raised bus kerb on the lake side of the crossing on the T junction of Lady Mary Rd & Maryport Rd was hit & more or less removed a few weeks ago. This bus kerb base was promptly repaired & cemented in place but the raised keep left sign was removed but not replaced. Hence the crossing point was left with only the other kerb & signage nearest the shops Ln Maryport Rd in place. Since this repair to the Lady Mary Rd side of the crossing point has been hit twice to my knowledge, the second occasion causing considerable damage to the bus kerb base. It is my belief that these incidents were caused by the failure to replace the raised keep left signage which was on this base & not replaced after the first incident. Hence if turning into Maryport Rd your vision would be drawn to the raised signage to the shops & the unmarked base - having no signage, reflectors or chevrons on it - to be difficult to see & s subsequently hit.
