Blocked Bye-way and Footpath

Sent to Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 491033.

The Bye-way is blocked by both garden rubbish (flytipping) and a fallen tree and further on the footpath has become almost impassable between Burnwood Lane and Heggatt Road, please clear.
