3 cars parked on pavement, one SORN

3 cars parked on and blocking pavement. One car is SORN, with a flat tyre and hasn’t moved for months evidenced by the trash, moss and weeds inbetween, under the wheels and under the car. Another hasn’t moved in months however both have somehow acquired July MOT’s. A third car has now joined in pavement blocking duo. The first two cars have Just Eat receipts (delivery driver receipts, not customer receipts) in their open glove boxes, receipts from Casa Mia (the take away next door)
