Bins not emptied for over a month

Several industrial bins next to Ayur Court haven’t been left unemptied for over a month. Rubbish is now being left on the floor due to overflowing bins, and seagulls and crows are ripping the waste bags apart. Reported more than once before. Last week soiled nappies and sanitary towels were strewn across the pavement. Public bin also overflowing with bags of dog excrement.
