Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4906845.
The Police and Local Authority have thankfully served notice on the assortment of vehicles causing public health issues and anti-social behaviour in Waterside Road and most have left to a more suitable location. There is now left behind rubbish and bags of excrement. Parts of the road are urine encrusted from slopping out of the vehicles where they stood. The verges and vegetation have been used as a toilet. Can the road now be cleaned and sanitised and as a matter of urgency parking restrictions to stop this reoccurring, as it predictably will.
