Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4906827.

In the back of Rabson Recrecation ground is an area the Cowsey and in there has been some fly tipping of household rubbish and food waste,also there are some tyres as well.This was reported to the Environmental department on Tuesday 15/8/2023 and is still there today 19/8/2023 it is now being scattered about and smelling take the central path towards the back past the pond turn right and there you will see it.
