Council owned trees getting to big for their location

  • The tree in question overhangs my boundary by at least 10 feet and is quite tall and bushy , it is a beech tree and during the year deposits Leaves ,flowers,nuts etc on my garden and driveway,I’m 82 years old and the task of constantly cleaning debris is getting a very stressful , please help resolve this matter.

  • The tree is causing a nuisance by constantly dropping debris on my garden and driveway also on the footpath, I have lived here for almost 30 years and the tree has trebled in size, I feel the council should now take steps to reduce the size so that the nuisance value is bearable.
