Cycle path has become overgrown and is now half its original width with overhanging tree branches

This patch of ground needs maintenance to ensure the safety of cyclists and pedestrians. It has been like this for at least two years whilst other cycle paths in Oatlands have got clear boundaries and no overhanging vegetation.
