Broken glass and rubbish

There is broken glass at bust stops and been there since beginning of Juky now, also lots rubbish in local area too, all along bust stops and subway there and also three mile lane by dereham road part on grass verges and in bushes , , its not been cleaned fo4 many months now, can we please have this cleaned and also cleaned regularly too, what are we paying our yaxea for.
