Extremely difficult to pass, has to be jumped/leapt over, as I walk with two elbow crutches, I can't go out without getting my feet SOAKED, and if it rains when I'm already out and it starts raining,then I know my feet are going to be SODDEN AGAIN, my footwear is being ruined
