Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4892873.

Dangerous tree root from London plane growing threw tarmac. Nearly thrown from my wheelchair again this morning. Will have to stop using the park as it is too dangerous for independent wheelchair users, partially sighted and those with mobility issues. Have spoken to I'd Verde who advise it is the councils responsibility.
