Caravan causing obstruction.

Another caravan was dumped on Monday 14 August 2023 by the driver of a grey van reg: EN06 OBV. He is a dealer who is also responsible for dumping the other caravan and the two boat trailers visible in the image. He is showing utter contempt for Torbay Council which has, by its inaction, given him approval to obstruct the highway, trade on the highway and fly-tip the carpets and old batteries he no longer requires. More importantly he is showing utter contempt for the community which use this busy road. The caravan is unoccupied. None of the structures are lit at night. None of the caravans have reflectors visible to oncoming traffic on that side of the road. Where are our councillors? What are they doing? Fixing this issue was a specific part of their joint election manifesto.
