Cyclists using the pavement as a cycling super highway

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4892436.

There is a dedicated cycle path on the opposite side of lower mortlake road yet cyclist still use the pavement that is clear marked as no cycling (can only assume the downright idiots cycling at full pelt are unaware of the Highway Code (well traffic lights are optional))

This is dangerous, an elderly person or child may get hurt.

Richmond council pass the buck to TfL, who kicked it to the met police….. does someone need to be put in hospital by these irresponsible idiots?
