Reported via mobile anonymously at 23:21, Mon 14 August 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4892215.

Pedestrian lights on the Elim complex located on Lanercost Road and Wigton Crescent, Southmead appear to be bulkhead light units with very bright LED lamps which shine directly onto Wigton Crescent at the junction with Ravenglass Crescent, Southmead, this dazzles road users traveling towards Lanercost Road.
