The area outside Leytonstone High Road station is disgusting. It is a sight of repeated fly tipping and there are constant piles of rubbish and litter.

This waste problem is causing an abhorrent environment for all that walk down this road. Regular cleaning and the installation of rubbish bins (regularly emptied) need to be implemented to create a more welcoming environment for residents, visitors and businesses wishing to invest in the area.
