Enormous Sycamore Tree on A4142

Sent to Oxford City Council 2 minutes later
At the bottom of garden 42/44 Long Lane on bank between gardens and crash barrier on A 4142 is an enormous sycamore tree 50ft plus which urgently needs attention before it either falls over and lands on the concrete shed at number 44 or worse still falls into the A4142. It is in full leaf now and during the heavy Thunder and lightning storm on Friday night was really rocking in the wind

This tree is enourmous, really really needs topping out, when it is windy and rainy it really rocks about. It must be 40/50 foot high a and seems to have grown 10 foot in the last year, and if it fell into my neighbours garden no 44 Long Lane would completely destroy their concrete shed and land half way up their garden, alternatively it could fall onto the Eastern Bypass and cause chaos on the road especially if it was in daytime.
To date nothing has been done about sorting it to my knowledge and I know my neighbours are worried about the tree and being in their 80s they do not need this worry. Thank you

No progress so far,No one from local Council. Oxford City Council or Oxfordshire County Council been in touch with my neighbour, though local labour councillors are aware of situatiohn with tree. 6th June was when I first reported the tree, and even oiur local Parks Department havent been informed about it. Just hope nothing happens before somebody sees the tree.
