Repositioned footpath now dangerous

The footpath has been repositioned and hedgerow cut down to accommodate it. The hedgerow roots are sticking out of the ground and are a trip hazard. This morning I tripped and fell. This footpath problem was previously reported (ref 4693301) but not rectified.
